Spirals Foundation for Gymnastics is an IRS 501c3 non-profit organization. We strive to provide an enjoyable experience with life-long health and social benefits to girls and boys of all ages. We provide a fun and safe environment where we teach a progression of gymnastics skills at all levels from pre-school to college competition.  As a California Non-Profit Organization, our goals include promoting gymnastics locally and nationally.  Individuals learn to set and meet personal goals, including improved performance through increased strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Students and athletes develop improved confidence, self-esteem, responsibility, and social interaction skills to benefit them in all aspects of life outside the gym.

Children's classes range from Parent Tot, to Mini Twisters, through Gold. We have Tumbling for Cheerleaders, Gym/P.E. for Private/Home Schools, an Adult class, private lessons, and Birthday Parties! Our girls' Pre-Team development classes  prepare athletes for our very successful Competition Teams.

Please note that UCSB once ran the Spirals Gymnastics School and Competition Teams. We greatly appreciate UCSB's continued support of  Spirals in our community, especially Jon Spaventa, Judith Dale, Cathy Czuleger, and Celia Elliott for all they've done through the Recreation Department for many years.
